Copyright complaints

If you believe something on our websites or in our games infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: your name and contact details; the work you believe is infringed; where the material is (a link or a description of where it appears in the game); a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature. We respond promptly and remove infringing material. We may also act on accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Player content

Player names, chat messages and other content that players create are the responsibility of the players who post them. We filter and moderate chat but cannot check everything in advance. Report a problem in the game (the flag next to a chat message, or Settings > Support > Send feedback) or by email, and we will act on it.

Age ratings and fair play

Our games are made for players aged 13 and older. They contain open player chat with filtering and moderation, and optional in-game purchases. Virtual coins, diamonds and items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold, to players.
